I am sure some are. Most people who have no awareness of Social Psychology don't even know what the term is..
I am who I am, I don't think posting on a board makes one susceptible to groupthink. What makes a person susceptible to groupthink is immersion in a group. Yahoo Answers seem to be individual enough to prevent that. However many forums are subject to just such a problem.. I cite the democraticunderground and many political forums where such active posting elicits the problems to which you address. Yes, forums do reinforce "groupthink" Attitudes and actions are often shaped by others.. Eloquent posters can influence others..
If you think a person is a snakeoil salesperson on first glance good chance they are.. Be wary.

I think that what you're describing does happen, but that's not really "groupthink". "Groupthink" is when numerous people in a group disagree with a view expressed in the group, but keep quiet about their disagreement because they believe that everyone else in the group agrees with it. As a result, the group as a whole expresses a view that the members of the group do not generally hold.

I think for myself and when I see an answer that matches very closely to what I was going to answer I pass on the points factor. Same goes for my questions: as I'm typing my question, if I see one that matches mine closely enough I nix mine and just go to the one already asked. If I don't see a satisfying answer to that question then I will go ahead and ask for myself.
As for other users, if they are groupies, then they probably don't realise it because they probably don't understand the concept of group-think anyway.

I ask a question because I want to know an answer, something specific. Unfortunately, alot of questions that are here are nonsense so the people who ask them are probably nonsense people themselves. They dont want knowledge, they was laughs.

Absolutely! A huge number of these questions are just people seeking approval of their behavior.
