her lips are blue, her eyes are bullging out of her head and she is struggling to breathe. and ive noticed that her hair is turning shades of gray. what the hell is that?!

This could be a circulatory or heart related issue even if there is no pain. She definitely needs to see a doctor ASAP - this could be something drug related or perscription reacitng with something she wasn't supposed to take with it.
