can i get disability living allowance or any oyher form of financial help ie free school dinners

depends on what his needs are- no u wont get free school dinners this is based on your income only- to get dla you have to prove your son takes far more looking after than say a child who hasnt got his condition- you have nothing to lose by filling forms in

My son is on the SEN register and as far as I am aware your entitlement to free school meals depend entirely on your income and Disability living allowance totally depends on what needs and help your child requires with their disability. Being on the SEN register doesn't automatically qualify them to have any financial help.

Call the social security office to determine if he qualifies for disability.

Free or reduced school lunches are based completely on family size/income - the disability is irrelevant.
