Not much. You could go on ebay and see what others are going for. It would have to be worth something to 007 collectors, although a photo of Sean Connery would probabley fetch more.

Black & White? Usually $5-$10 when purchased at autograph sessions. Just because it is a photo of him from way back when, that doesn't mean he didn't sign it just last week. Celebrities usually have a variety of photos to sell when they do an autograph session.
Do a net search for autographs and look up how much you would have to pay if you bought an autographed b&w photo of Mr. Brosnan from an autograph sales web site. That should give you an idea of it's value.
