my computer it turn off as soon as it loads every thing in the next 5 sec. it restarts everything

looks like your windows booting file got damage...format your hard drive and reinstall windows.

is it a desktop or a laptop?
cuz if it's a laptop u should change the charger, it's broken.. i had a problem like this.
if it's a desktop, then try booting from the windows installation cd
