First comes eyes.
The second thing that I notice is tattoos, I'd much rather date a guy who has a (tasteful/meaningful) tattoo (or 2 .. or 3..). To me it says something about the guy's ability to express himself and I've always taken tattoos as being symbolic of an ability to commit. Looking at someone's tats is a very quick way to learn a lot about them.

The eyes, most of times the eyes would tell me whether that person is having a good day / lousy one. And they really bring out the beauty of a person too, especially the sparkle
