You really can't put them in the same category cause they are both two different kinds of humor. Martin Lawrence is a stand-up comedian and Will Smith just has a few funny lines. I think both of them are funny but Martin is funnier.

I love Will and he is funny but Martin has jokes .... Im going to say martin because he has more jokes but Will smith isn't very far behind.
