I just took the work experience girl down to the creepy basement at my work and told her all these random ghost stories, because she was scared of it already. Then I pulled her hair and pretended it was a ghost. I thought it was funny. What about you?

It was funny and mean.
It all depends on who was being scared and who was doing the scaring. Probably there is something that would scare you, and you would not like it.

Better not do that at work. That is not your job, and taking some naive girl down to the basement doesn't sound like a smart move.

So, she gets really mad, turns out she is not so naive, rips her blouse and yells RAPE! Now who is scared macho man?

;-D Playing around comes around!

I think you are a very childish and immature person who needs to grow up fast. This kind of behavior does work in a professional work place. Plan on having a good relationship with any co-workers or just being known as the office jerk? Go apologize to her asap and don't pull any more childish and stupid stunts at work. Especially if you plan on keeping this job. You have no business ever putting your hands on another employee. I hope they fire you. Maybe you will learn something. Cripes, grow up!

That's mean...my ex husband used to do similar things...we'd watch a scary movie then he'd wait outside the bathroom turn the light off and put his hands around my neck, making scary noises. It's funny to the idiot doing it that's all....don't be an idiot.

Did she laugh? if not I would say no. There are some people with fears like that...the dark, spiders...flying...that to others may seem funny but there have been people that have actually suffered a heart attack caused by fear & died...so unless you want THAT on your conscience...I'd back off.
