I like Shevchenko, but there have been a lot of players that were a success in Italy, and not cut it in the Premiership.
He's not blessed with pace, and at 30 is not going to get quicker. Not sure he is value for money, but a quality addition to the league.
His and Ballack's CL experience will be invaluable to Chelsea, and they are better eqipped than previous years to win it.

He's a good player but it shows the kind of person he is, one year he will never leave Milan because his family are settled there, the following year he has sold out to Chelsea.
And in response to will Chelsea win the champions league, I think the fact they have been given the lowest seeding out of all English teams in the tournament this year tells you something there.

I like him as he is one of the finest player eastern Europe has produced after a long time and I bet he will even be better at Stamford Bridge.
Wit shevy Chelsea will be able to do anything.
Thanks Shevy, you have been a wonderful player for Milan and I won't forget the goal that you scored against Inter ( 2nd leg of the uefacl last 8) although there was crowd disturbance.

I love Sheva. I wish I had a shirt that said so. I think he's an awesome player and he's cute, too. I'd like it if he stayed with Milan, though.

He is without doubt one of the greatest strikers in the game. He will score goals and he will changes matches. Will they win the Champions League now they have him?........ only time will tell but i am sure its worth and bet.

It will take moer than one player to help chelski win the champions league. I think Barcelona will be tuff competion again this year. Oh and you can`t rule out the italians can you!!!!!!!

NO I don’t like him… I hated him when he played in Italy, I hated him when he played for Ukraine and I’ll hate him playing for the most arrogant team ever – Chelsea… although I hate him I must confess he’s got a real talent…
