I think you are asking "How many words are there in the English language that include all five vowels in a row."
If this is what you are asking, then I know of two:
Facetiously and abstemiously.
(I added the 'Y' because this latter is sometimes considered the 6th vowel).

Lots of big words. My little mind can't fathom. But sequoia is the first thing I thought of. Although it doesn't contain the sometimes vowel y.
