Cant we just enjoy both. There both extremely funny shows, but on different levels. I like both of them, but Monk could never be replaced.

Monk it classic, has very experienced actors, and has had time to gel. Psych is still new, younger actors, and in the shadow of Monk.
So Psych has an uphill battle.
Monk is still the winner.

I enjoy both shows, but I prefer Monk because the main character is fascinating.
