You don't say if you are expected to achieve the same amount but just in less time (and for less pay)

So No deal!

That depends on two things. Can you afford to work for 3/4 of what you are earning now, and do you keep the same benefits. It doesn't seem like much, but 10 hours a week less at work means 10 hours a week more for yourself.

Personally, I would take it because I am no longer raising a family and would welcome the extra time as long as my benefits did not suffer. I am 50.

I would love to be able to accept that deal but like the majority of people I wouldn't be able to afford it. 20-29

I'm 32 and because I got married and bought a house I couldn't afford to drop 1/4 of my income. I'm barely making it now.
