That depends on two things. Can you afford to work for 3/4 of what you are earning now, and do you keep the same benefits. It doesn't seem like much, but 10 hours a week less at work means 10 hours a week more for yourself.
Personally, I would take it because I am no longer raising a family and would welcome the extra time as long as my benefits did not suffer. I am 50.

I'm 32 and because I got married and bought a house I couldn't afford to drop 1/4 of my income. I'm barely making it now.
