Jimmy Carter would definatly be a good one.
1) He is still alive so he actually could be president.
2) He didn't do that bad as a president before, it was just the Iranian hostage crisis that messed it up.
3) He has won the Nobel Peace Prize.
4) The rest of the world loves him for his peaceful missions around the world. What more could you ask for in a time when everyone hates America.
