Easy. Just watch any WWE shop. There's always a notice saying" No matter who you are, whatever you do Please don't try this at home ". Also they play a short footage of people who have injured themselves.
If you want more proof, i suggest you check the website and play a video. When they are about to hit , stop the video and forward slowly, you'll see that he comes like a centimetre to hitting you but doesn't. A video of a person falling through a table will do superbly. ( Mick foley falling from the hell in a cell cage to the announce table was what i watched. ) Watch with your eagle eye!!
Important : WWE superstars are real athletes. They do lift people and jump off ladders and stuff. They get injured as well. Many people have had career-ending injuries like heart failure and lighter injuries like dislocated shoulder and ruptured disk.. That's their atletism but the other guy never gets hurt.
Summary : Stunts- unreal. Blood-unreal.Wrestlers' high-flying risks and stuff - Very real.Injuries- Most of the time real but not all times

Well, as a fan of soaps and a fan of wrestling I can say wrestling is kinda like a soap. First off, both the soap and the wwe shows barely re-run. Second, both have storylines that lead to either a rivalry, a betrayl, love, or something quite unexpected(or sometimes, a re-used storyline, just with different characters and a slightly different scenario). Third, there are characters in both that we grow to love or hate based on their actions. Last but not least, both as everyone knows already are not real. Other than those reasons, both are pretty different in that in a soap, noone wrestles one another and in wrestling, people get injured.

confident it is scripted...in case you ever examine a wrestlers biography or e book they in many cases exhibit alot of issues which you dont comprehend once you're staring on the suits... i choose to advise readings part's e book Adam Copeland...on part additionally examine shawn michaels e book Heartbreak and Triumph
