First of all if you have any christian beliefs you need to go back to them. I know in this day and age it is almost a given that kids will have sex. I want to let you in on a secret. If you want fantastic sex when you get married wait until marriage. God blesses the marriage that has stayed true to this fact. Don't make your girlfriend feel like that is the only reason you want to be with her. That is where the guilt comes in.

i would say wait till you are fully capable of handling the consequences of sex, when you are an adult.
the rest rn't exactly ok, cause they might lead to wanting to have sex. a little topless makeout is ok, right? seeing her naked or vice versa will most likely lead to sex.
if she doesn't want to do any of this stuff, do not pressure her
if you love her, wait till you are legal

All of these "situations" are likely to result in "have sex with protection." So, don't do any of them until you are prepared to have and care for a baby as a couple. Don't like my answer? Well, then decide how far from ideal is ok for you.
