Nope, I just tried, my credit score is in the 600s but I only make $24000 a year. They wouldn't approve me. Plus, you need to have a year's rental history in Georgia which I don't have yet. You have to have a certain income ratio to what the cost of the house is. Talk to a mortgage broker in your area for the specifics.

I don't think so. There are homes you maybe able to afford depending on where you live... but your credit score is rotten. Our household income is $50,000 and credit score of 625... we qualify for a $105,000, and those are hard to come by! I would say you could only afford about a $50-60,000 if you could get fincanced.....!!!

a million. close maximum of your credit taking part in cards. you have too plenty open credit which you will run up and get your self in complication. Open credit counts against you, so whether you have 0 balances, the lender will nonetheless count form the obtainable credit on all of those taking part in cards against you. 2. Your loan, taxes and insurance could be no better than $a million,000 a month. it is not plenty to artwork with. reckoning on the element of u . s . you reside in, meaning a house for around $75,000.

depends on whrere you live and how much you are gonna want to put down as a down payment. there are still citys out there that have homes going for well below the national avg. pittsburgh, charlotte, springfield mo, etc. i have seen homes as low as 50k-110k! also you are going to need a down payment. in order to get 100% financing your score needs to be at least 580. and that is still pushing it. anyway good luck

Yes you can!! BUT, you would have to put down about 15%.
This can also be a "Gift". What state are you looking in? I can do loans in 47 states and would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Probably not. You should try and get a house unless you can afford one, because if you do you could really fall deep into debt.
