I take Max Flex, Total, Plus, Extra Fiber, LiquiVida and Daily Essentials every day, all are products available through distributors for a company out of Dallas, TX. They have helped me over come low back pain and reduced the problems with Sciatica nerve in my right leg. If you need more information send me a note.

I use milk thistle to control 'restless leg syndrome'. Incidentally, it seems to have cut down on severe cramps in my legs too. And I get papaya enzyme tablets for my husband because that seems to be the only thing that helps him with his stomach.

Now, it is recommended that one not take echinechea constantly, and if one is getting a prescription from a doctor, the doctor needs to know about other suppliments because like traditional medicines, some herbs do not mix well.
