Tell him to please relax. It is normal. No man has equal balls. It is supposed to be that way. Too bad he didn't have good sex education.

They do change size from time to time and they are unequal as a rule. One is slightly above the other that way they do not hit each other and cause pain.

Balls don't tend to be perfectly equal anyways much like the rest of the human body.
It's perfectly normal for a testicle to hang lower than the other one and seem a bit bigger.
If we're talking about a major size difference then it could either be that one of his testicles didn't develop during childhood, or if one of his testicles just recently started swelling up then he should go get examined for testicular cancer.
Anyways, you just need one working testicle to be fertile.

There's very little in the natural world that's perfect. That's also true about men's testicles as well as women's breasts. If you're guy is really worried, have him visit his doctor and get a real specific answer. It's just that simple. And I don't play a doctor on TV.

I am the fifth one to answer your question...the other four have termed it as normal...but I have a doubt. Is one ball unusually larger than the other? It could be "hernia" better to get these things checked by a good doctor ...rather than asking such questions in an open forum.

I am a physician. It is normal for the left testicle to be larger than the right...as even recorded in Gray's Anatomy, the classic book of Anatomy.

It's normal. He's fine, but if there is any pain, have him go to see a doctor.
