I must confess that I get a huge kick out of some of them and others really make me stop and think.
1. The whole issue of Freemasons plotting to rule the world.
2. J.F.K. and the magic bullet.
3. Certain groups are convinced that FEMA is threat... that they are going to use (or create... see #4) a natural disaster as an excuse to declare martial law and herd certain people in to "concentration camps" and will use defunct military bases to accomplish it. After seeing FEMAs performance after hurricane Katrina, I doubt they're much of a threat.
4. That they're using the HARP project in Alaska to learn to control the weather and can create tornadoes, floods, etc.

No man has ever gone to the moon has always made me laugh.
But, the most astounding of all of the conspiracy theories is that an aircraft did not crash into the pentagon!
There are otherwise reasonable people that whole-heartedly believe this. I guess the hundreds of witnesses are all part of the plot. Jeez!
