i had a friend that had an LG camera phone from sprint and it would also do that and it was headphone jack that had gone bad and it wouldnt leave that car kit setting and you wouldnt be able to make any sound. the best thing would be for you to take it to the carriers store and let them check it out and they will be able to find a good solution for your handset.

Well, try this: clean up your pins connection on the bottom of your phone, use smooth brush. Don't forget to turn off your phone before u brush the pins connector.

Some cells have different profile names built in. Go through your settings,if you have a profile option your can change it or create your own.Good luck

check your settings...it is set on car kit meaning that if it were on a car kit, you would hear it ring...check your settings.
