What's good/bad/ugly things about class reunions?

I'd like to share some of these things with my classmates that show up this weekend.

Well...The good, the bad, and the ugly are so mixed up when it comes to reunions it will just blow your mind… for example(s):
*It’s going to be wonderful to see all of your old friend, BUT some of them will be doing very well and others NOT. Some will look just like you remembered then and others will not even show up (for one reason or another)
*Some people will want to chat about the “good old days” others will want to talk about nothing but the new.
*Major ugly: The voting for things like “most unchanged”- who really want to be that after all these years, “Most Successful”, “Most Kids”, and the list just goes on…and you want to know something “take your year book, because the same people that won things when you where in school are going to be the same people that win things at the reunion.”
*Over all you’ll have a wonderful time catching up with every one, but just as fast as the reunion will came it and will fad until next time.

Good things: a chance to meet up with people you haven't seen for a long time; the opportunity to catch up on what everybody's been doing since high school. Can be fun to see if the same people gravitate towards each other.

Bad: some people just haven't changed much since the last time you saw them: they are just an older version of their high school self. Can get bored after awhile if there aren't a lot of people there you want to speak to.

It's fun to go to the 10th and beyond, 'tho at the 10th a lot of people haven't changed much. If there's a 5 yr one, not sure I'd go to that.
