depends on your skin.
pinch your skin at the jaw line. not hard.
does it feel pliable? yes? don't use glycolic acid.
does it feel like an orange peel? yes? glycolic acid is safe to use. 3-4 times a week at first then to 1 time a week.

easiest way i have found to tell if it is safe for someone or not.

it's natural (organic most times) and harsh.

Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid, some of which are found naturally in fruits, and is a skin exfoliant. Meaning it will help remove dead skin cells. You might not want to use a high concentration, but something around 4-5% should be fine.

They nevertheless get you decrease than the effect of alcohol of direction, yet its the fundamental way out. to not be sexist yet females are many times considered weaker than adult males...in simple terms asserting. adult males drink sturdy drinks like whiskey on the rocks to instruct they are "not user-friendly" and can handle a drink that places hair on their chest. adult males shouldn't sense intimidated eating a cocktail nevertheless, a minimum of they are eating alcohol.
