My friend got a tattoo somewhere and said it didn't hurt because she said that different parts of the body such as the arms, legs, ankles, neck, stomach, back, etc have of course different sensitivities. Meaning, some hurt more than others.

Can you tell me the more sensitive and hurting parts and the less sensitive and hurting parts?

The places that hurt the least are usually what you'd expect. Tattoos on the outer arm above the elbow, shoulder, upper back, chest, and butt hurt the least. The most painful can be a surprise to someone getting their first tattoo. The area around the naval, calfs, inner arms, lower back tend to hurt the most. Of course the head and neck hurt alot, as well as anywhere the bone is close to the skin. If it's your first tattoo, you probably won't believe that it hurts worse somewhere else, but you forget the pain and return for more.

The chest area is sensitive, on your back near the spine is sensitive, your inner arms, fingers, toes, all sensitive. The outer arms and legs are less sensitive. also a very sensitive part is the ribs area. Basically any area with little skin and you can feel the bone is going to be very sensitive.

On the back, the closer to the spine, the more painful. Underneath the upper arm. (If you were getting a band around the arm) And the chest hurts for either sex.

everyone is a bit different.
start pinching yourself. you'll find out what hurts and what doesn't.
i have a friend (female) who has a flower on the inside of her arm by the arm pit. most men don't have arm bands tattooed all the way around because of the pain. didn't hurt her at all. she went to sleep having it done.
