Where to start an online stock market tournament?

E trade used to have a tournament years ago, but you need an etrade account. I would like to put together a tournament.

Try the Virtual Stock Exchange from Dow Jones' MarketWatch.

I think it is one of the better ones for either simulation or tournaments.
