i wear contacts too. my advice- if ur using the saline solution and the cleanser solution seperately, DON"T MIX THEM UP! IT HURTS! don't get the cleanser stuff in ur eye. soak ur contacts in the cleanser stuff during the night, and rinse ur contacts with saline in the morning. it's actually much easier to get bausch and laumb(?) two in one saline and clenser, cus the clenser stuff in that doesn't hurt. also, buy a pair of hot sunglasses, and don't swim with them in the pool cuz they'll deteriorate from the chlorine.

make sure you carry your contact lenses cleaning fluid everywhere if necessary.cos sometimes when u rub ur eyes the contact lens will fell off.if u dun hav the solution around then it will be difficult to put it on again.tap water hurts your eyes and DON'T USE YOUR SALIVA.saliva is ful of bacteria and may cause infection.
remove contact lenses before you sleep
prolonged wear or sleeping in contact lens reduce the amount of oxygen moisture that reach you eyes.this may result swelling and abnormal vessel growth (yuck...)
clean storage containers
clean, rinse and air dry it each time the contact lens is remove and change storage container every six month.
Your eyes is the window to your soul.take care

Advice....try to take them out every night, and change the water in which you keep them everyday....don't scratch your eyes with them in, and if they even have a tiny hole......try to change them. Be very careful, your eyes can get hurt very easily, and if you get hurt you can go blind....don't worry about getting laser surgery just yet, it is better to wait until you are at least 25 years old and you eyes won't deteriorate, because if you get the operation and then your eye sight gets worse, it was money lost. Just try to take care of your eyes, and enjoy not wearing glasses!!!

that's suitable to pass to an optician to verify what recommendations are obtainable. a solid decision are colour mixture lenses, that are obtainable interior the united kingdom. they provide the effect of being extremely organic, even on darkish brown eyes. they have a dismal rim around the sting :-)

take your time learning to put them in and take them out
ALWAYS wash your hands before handling them (watch out for some kinds of hand lotion-ruin your lenses)
it will take patience but worth the effort
