The only mammals that have menstrual cycles are humans and great apes. Other mammals have estrus cycles, and since there is sometimes a bloody vaginal discharge, it is mistaken for menstruation.
Here's some more information:

Yes. Apes (the closest relatives to humans) have a monthly menstrual cycle, same as humans.
Other mammals, like dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs, etc., have an estrus cycle, similar to the menstrual cycle. It varies in length for each species. Only during estrus will the female be willing to stand for fertilization, that is, having sex. This is what is known as being "in heat."
This is why apes are generally the only animals that are willing to have sex all year long. ;)

A regular menstrual cycle as described here only occurs in the great apes. Menstrual cycles vary in length from an average of 29 days in orangutans to an average of 37 days in chimpanzees. Females of other mammalian species go through certain episodes called "estrus" or "heat" in each breeding season. During these times, ovulation occurs and females become receptive to mating, a fact advertised to males in some way. If no fertilisation takes place, the uterus reabsorbs the endometrium: no menstrual bleeding occurs.

Mammals go through an estrus cycle. They usually call it heat in dogs and cats. Animal breeders need to keep tract of cycles to know when it is time to breed.

Yes they sure do, it is part of life in almost all mammals. You would recognize it as..."A dog in heat" for example.
