I want to know after choosing a play. I know how to move my line, linebackers and safetys but I can't make the CB's blitz.

i'm not sure if playmaker goes back to madden 2003, but take control of the cornerback before the snap and press the right analog stick down to use playmaker mode and blitz. if that doesn't work they probably hadn't implemented a cornerback audible yet.
you should look into updating at least a couple years. i just got 2005 collector's edition for like 4 bucks.

I'm not sure if 03 had the play stick, if it does, select the player and press down on the stick.
If it doesn't, I don't think there was a way, and you will have to just pick a play with a CB blitz, or play as the CB and blitz :)
