Recently had updates to My Pc, now when I log on to Yahoo Gin it initially lets me open it shows me all the different rooms then when I try and enter one of the rooms nothing happens. Help

you might have Windows pop up blocker on go to your tool and Internet options and look in there at the bottom it will say pop up blocker

You may have more than one popup blocker installed on your browser depending on other manufacturers toolbars. If you have the Yahoo! toolbar or the goggle toolbar you will need to add the site you wish to allow popups from to all the popup blockers attached to your browser. There should be a icon on the browser toolbar extensions. Click on that when the window is blocked and add it to your "allowed" sites for blockups. You will need to do this with each site you trust to receive popups from. Often sites use popups to open additional features to access chat or other applications. I had to do this with a few Microsoft sites, Dell sites, and some geolearning sites.
What the other answerer said is true as well. If you only access the site occassionally you can hold down shift while clicking on the site and it will bypass the popup blocker on IE. I don't know if this will also bypass addons to your browser, you will just have to experiment to find out. If it doesn't add them to the blockers allowed list. You can take them out of the allowed list any time you like. It is as easy as adding them.

Most pop-up blockers, including the one built into Internet Explorer, allow a shortcut to bypass them when a page you want to load is being inadvertently blocked. Try holding down the control or shift key when you click the link. Depending on which blocker you have, one of those should allow it to open.

i in my view won't drink out of a soda can. that's a quirk I truly have. I wipe off the appropriate, pop it and pour it right into a pitcher of ice. If i don't have a pitcher of ice obtainable......i don't have a soda.
