These people know EVERYTHING! I found this stuff at a dog show, It cleans like NOTHING ELSE! I mean I have tried rug doctor, hot shot, resolve, none of them compare to this stuff, It got out a puke stain that had been in my carpet for like 3 and a half years (from my dog not me after some wild party incase you were wondering). Plus it is safe to use on EVERYTHING! It dilutes out really cheap like a few cents a bottle, and the money it saves you from spending on a professional cleaner is worth it alone! I have been hooked on it now for almost a year, I dont buy any thing else, no windex, no fantastic, no toilet bowl cleaner, no dog shampoo, Yes I bathe my dog in it, It is totally safe, but the people said the dogs wouldn't like it in their eyes cause it has some salt in it. Any way good luck.

For around $100.00 you can buy the Hoover steam vac and it cleans very well and you never have to rent again.. Also I have learned that if you use just a little laundrey detergent and softner you don't have to buy the cleaner
