Lately, every dream I had was pretty much my "worst nightmare" for the day...
Like if I was supposed to meet a friend at 12pm the next day, I would have a dream that something happened and I missed the deadline.
When my boyfriends old crush came to visit, I had a dream that when I went to his house the next day, he broke up with me for her.
When I had to cancel plans wit my friend, just cause I didn't feel like going out that day, I had a dream that she came over and thought I ditched her for no reason.
Like every night I would have a dream of what I am scared of would happen the next day...
My boyfriend says that's not right... is there something wrong with me? Why do I keep having those dreams?
I've been over thinking everything to- which I hate, but can't help ><
I became so over sensitive... I didn't use to be like this...
I had this whole thing happen where my best friends betrayed me... but I dun think that could of ****** me up this much??
Anyway, can anyone help me?

A dream is dream till u r satisfied with what u r dreaming about it will be come a nightmare when u think it is not going according to what u planned - in other words if u r dreaming that u got a new car n u r driving on a straight road suddenly u will start taking twist n turns and u will be somewhere u didn't want to go - that's where u nightmare will start this is where u mind starts thinking about the the things which are in Ur subconscious which u really don't want to happen Basically when Ur mind starts thinking about the things which u r not ready to accept or are consciously avoiding that's where Ur nightmare starts A basic solution to not have nightmares is to live a life with no regrets - Don't make yourself regret for anything , make things right, Complete what u started and don't worry - "Rome was not built in a day" - Every thing takes time be easy about it

The simple answer might be depression. You could get an appointment with a psychologist to see if there's something really bothering you. Maybe medications help, maybe just talking and figuring out what is really going on underneath all your thoughts... maybe you're afraid something bad is going to happen? Sometimes when everything is OK people tend to worry that it will all fall apart, and that is perfectly normal.
Answer #2: you may have a sleep disorder. The very same thing happened to me. I had nightmares every night and every time I took a nap. Turns out I have sleep apnea. Ask your boyfriend or someone you trust to stay awake for an hour or two while you're sleeping and listen for snoring or choking sounds. But this is really going out on a limb, that would be the very last thing I would think of. Check wikipedia for more info on sleep disorders. Best of luck.

I'm not sure how to explian it but it seems you're turning pessimistic. It' odd but it does happen. Sometimes, mainly around times when something very negative has happened, people, in different ways, think everything that happens will mean something bad. This can manifest itself as a dream or even a premonition, which isn't all about being psychic. it can be something as simple as a bad feeling abuot something in particular. You might want to consider getting some help for this. If ignored, it could lead to serious emotional problems later on. You can call your local helpline or go see a psychiatrist. It'll help, even if only a little. the rest can be done yourself.... hope this helps :)

Stop planning things and go with the flow each day. If you are not thinking about how your plans will be ruined the next day then you shouldn't have nightmares. If you get a feeling like you just wanna have fun and party go to the club. If you wanna sob about other people's problems, rent a movie that will make you cry. If you get a feeling go with it at that moment. Don't plan things a day ahead. You will think about it to much before it actually happens. Don't worry, be happy, go with the flow.....

Your best friends betrayal could be the cause of this. After all she was your BEST friend. You probably have lost complete trust and confidence in everything and everyone around you.
Time, patience and talking about the problem are the solutions. Don't expect too much of yourself too quickly and try to keep telling yourself that most people are loyal and stable. you have to give yourself time to start trusting folk again. When you do, the dreams will disappear.
Take care.

If your stressed out and have problems your mind tries to fix the problem while your sleeping if it can't then your fears come out and take over the dream. Some nights I' m affraid to go to sleep because of nightmares.

You’re just really insecure right now and its just a phase. Try to write down your dreams as soon as you wake up. Take a minute to think about what they really meant. I mean what girl wouldn’t be a little worried if her boyfriends ex crush was coming around? You probably need to tell people how you feel more and not let emotions build up.

You are just the kind of person who is afraid of the negitive side point of veiw things as you said. You are a kind of cousious person and afraid that when something serious may happen you would think of the side that would hurt you most. You may have to see a professional for this problem as it would probably attack your selfastim. You must start balancing out your positive out looks towards your negitive out looks. Its nothing serious but this is the kind of problem that will turn major if not helped.

geez! It's psycho-sematic. Your screen name has 666 in it. That invites negative thoughts in your head. Negative thoughts cause your bad dreams. Change your screen name to something positive, and maybe your thoughts will be positive, thereby causing positive, good, loving dreams.
