Penguins, in common with all birds, have a different arrangement of joints in the legs from those in mammals. However, they do have joints equivalent to our knees - the difference is that these joints are much closer to the hip than on mammals

Well, while it may not be a totally pleasant image, if you check the link below, you will see a (small) skeleton of a penguin that shows that, yes, they have knees. They are usually drawn up under the body and so are not visible. Sorry for the visual, but seeing is believing.

I DONT kno i dont think they do look @ the way they walk if they did have knees mayb they would walk like ue

mm lol if they have knees they must b in there tummy. i dont c ne knees wen i look at a penguin but still dis is wat i think mayb they have

No, because the waddle and they can't bend over otherwise they fall. lol.

no, they don't have knees. if they want to slit , they lay down on their body....
