long slender ,succulent,elegent... the tropical palm.

i think its so famous and widely used in north america right? which part of N america is considered to be tropic and can this kind of palm be successfully transplanted into non-tropical region ? (specifically: middle east lets say Arabian Gulf region or Dubai)

Those trees are most-likely not native. I honestly don't hink any palms are native to North America (I could be wrong).The ones you have pictured are not Mexican fan palms, but the ones you say are tall, slender, elegant, are probably Mexican fan palms. There are often planted in California and Arizona. You need more information to correctly ID the trees.

You need to be more specific there are 100's of species of palm's
