tell him he can't have his cake and eat it to!! u just make sure u r being smart.. do u still want to be w/him?? do u still luv him?? cause if u do then u can't tolerate this kind of behavior!! being married is not about sharing!! if he want's his freedom and u don't mind giving it to him then u need to separate, or get a divorce, because he's clearly saying he wants to be w/other people other than u.. that's a reason right there to leave him... staying w/him while allowing him to be promiscuous will only hurt u in the end cause you'll always wonder why and with whom and how often..

cut ur losses and move on...

If you don't want to leave him I suggest getting a life of your own. Take up a new hobby, get a part-time job, volunteer, make new friends and keep yourself occupied. Whatever you do, don't let him know that this is bothering you anymore. When he sees that you are no longer totally dependant on him, he may change his attitude.

It sounds like he's a bit confused. And if his total freedom also includes being with other women then I would definitly leave him. You're either married or you're not, he needs to understand that.

My husband has been emotionally abusing for several years now. I was laid off my job in 2010 & still unable to find a job. I have signed up for early retirement, I will be 61 in Jan. Where can I go no without no money or job? Cannot stay with family.

LEAVE HIM!! you do not want him givin you anything. Besides wants to get away with coming and going when and with whomever he wants is disrespectful of you and your vows
