The pool is being built in Costa Rica with minimum temperature variation, lets say between 60F to 90F. The contractor connected the deck with the wall of the pool, and I am concerned if such approach, without the copping brick-to-deck expansion joint will not cause any problems. Concrete deck is about 10 Ft wide, 40 ft long.
Thank you for your answer.

Put in an expansion joint. Why take the risk the deck could damage the pool wall.

Nice, Deck is my favorite member of the Wu so its always good to see his name, I think track 2, 14, 18, and 23 should be sick just looking at the line up. I was hoping he would do a Verbal Intercourse 2 but its probably for the best that he didn't. edit: woah, House of Flying Daggers looks like it might be amazing now, some one said Rae was using Last Donut of the Night, but I don't think that fits his track's titles, except for maybe Ason Jones, that would be a great outro track if it is infact LDotN

If you don't put in expansion joints, you ought to be making cuts, at a minimum every 6-8 feet. That's one big slab you're talking about the overall expansion gets larger, the larger the slab.
