To stop paying FICA (Social Security) taxes, do one of the following:
a) Work for a non-US company outside the US.
b) Enroll in a university and get a job as a student on campus.
c) Become a licensed/ordained/commissioned minister of a church.
d) Retire and live on the proceeds from your retirement plan.
