It's perfectly normal to have vaginal secretions, discharge varies from woman to woman. I agree wearing cotton panties & making sure you're hydrated would help with discharge. You may have more discharge prior & after your period, use light panty liners. Your discharge shouldn't stain, unless you have some blood in it.

If discharge is very heavy, then yes you should wear panty liners. If you are "spotting" before or after your period, then yes it may stain your panties. In some cases, normal vaginal discharge may also stain your panties, depends on what your discharge is like.
-Vaginal discharge is normal. Every woman gets some kind of dischange. Some woman may have vaginal discharge every day and some woman may have vaginal discharge every now and then Discharge is a sign of a healthy vagina just as long as its not very smelly and becomes thick or yellowish in color-if so that could be a sign of a yeast infection.

Most women do not have a issue with a huge discharge that would cause you to use a sanitary napkin. Your panties only get stained by the blood in your cycle not vaginal discharge. I would see a GYN if this is a issue you may have pelvic inflammatory disease or other disorder.

To answer the question you asked, yes some women wear panty liners or light days pads everyday. I do it helps me feel fresh, when your panties get wet it's very uncomfortable, so you just changer your light days pad a couple times a day and you feel so fresh. Also normal discharge can eventually stain your panties, it will give them a light brown or yellowish look.

in the time of one/3 trimester, a pregnant female pees extra often and each so often somewhat urine leaks out on an identical time as basically walking, sneezing or coughing which wets the panties. Sanitary napkins could be used to avert embarrassing urine leakage. there's a disadvantage in using sanitary napkins however. I heard it motives yeast an infection.
