Heck with the dolls! I have two girls and if you've ever been to the little girls undies section in JC Penny's THAT will make your skin crawl. Sure, glittery, shiny bikini panties are cute, but sized for 3 year olds....ergh! And the shoe section in any Wal Mart will have you in fits! platform heeled sandals down to the smallest sizes.
Mini skirts and hip huggers and croptops and halters abound for ages 3 to thirteen. It's like walking into a world of miniature stripper gear.
Sure I understand parents want to dress their kids fashionably but when the elementary school doors open and you see all these mini-hohos streaming out, it's quite the reality check.
It wouldn't matter what the dolls were dressed in if the SAME clothes weren't available for little girls!

That's true. And you see many children out there wearing the same clothes as these dolls! But on the other hand it is what kids like these days. Plus the dolls are set to be 15, 16 year old and you see many 16 year old wearing short skirts and tiny bikinis too!
But if you look at the bratz babies you can see they are about 3 or 4 and they wear little bikinis and panties. It is kinda cut but not appropriate.
They should change there style a lot! But thet again the bratz kidz dolls dont wear short skirts and bikinis they were long skirts and appropriate tops and they look like 10 year olds.

You are so right!! I have 2 sons, so I don't really keep up with what's going on in the Barbie world, but when my niece asked for one of those dolls for her birthday, I thought the same thing! I ended up buying her a 'vette for the Barbies she already has. I couldn't spend my money on a doll that looked like a 2 cent ho. And what's even creepier, you can buy just the HEADS of those dolls and change the head for a different doll on the same body. So not only do you have to worry about your 5 year old becoming a sex victim or future prostitute, you can add Jeffery Dahmer wanna-be to the list.

Yes - they stopped production on the Pussycat Dolls dolls. Which I think was a good idea. But what are they doing about all the skanky dolls already out there? Nothing!

I KNOW! There like teaching girls to wear mini skirts, high heels, tank tops, and tons of make-up. What parent would let there child have one of those dolls I know I wouldnt let my child have one, and I'm only 14 (i dont have a kid by the way just acting like it's the future) and like 30 something years old are giving there kids those dolls
