Eat more carbs and starches. Add about 500 calories into your diet. Don't do cardio excercizes, just do muscle building ones like squats and push-ups. It might not be a fast change, but it's a healthy way to gain weight.

try to put the weight on constructively not destructively.if you go mad with highly fatty food you'll end up with cellulite plus a multitude of other things.go to a gym where you can build muscle and stay toned whilst gaining the weight also seek the help of a nutritionist maybe through your doctor or the gym may be able to help.

read fitness magazines and do the opposite of everything they say ,simply cheese cake chocolate junk food and large size meals ALL DAY!

if you want to do that my best idea would be to get alot of your friends you are comfortable with and all of you go out to eat and pick something to celebrate about thats the best i got
