if she really likes him then they can both make adjustments. three hours isnt that bad and she could be missing out on a great guy by not getting to know him better.

If you are 13 or 14 years old it is hard to have a long distance relationship cuz you can't just go and see you guy/girl when you want if you do not drive or have a car.
Maybe he can be her e-mail boyfriend, that is safe and fun too.

Well, me and my man, we live 2 hours by plane, still it works. you have to try hard and schedule the meetings id advance, but it is possible.
