I am adding this after receiving 12 answers. Most of them were expected .They are written by pro Israel and they are proof of the fact that Israel really does not want peace .It works against its interest. In a state of war they can easilly grab more Arab lands which is its ultimate goal. They want the lands from the Nile to the Forat. With people like Bush in power, the Plan is working.

I think you should be a politician. You have a great resolution of a problem and those who try to resolve it now should learn from you and listen to you. Isn't that simple and effective way to peace?
If Israel can't agree on this, I think they are dictators and terrorist, with no sense of diplomacy...

Great Plan but the flaws are:
1) Israel ends occupation of Arab lands occupied after 1967( West bank , Gaza,Golan heights and Shabaa farms....ISRAEL will not agree to this
2) Establishment of the state of Palestine on Gaza and the west bank with east Jerusalem as its capital.......ISRAEL will not agree to this
3) Dismantling the armed resistance ( Hezbullah,Hamas and the others) .... Hez etc will not agree to this
4) Israel frees the 10000 prisoners currntly in its prisons and the Arabs free the 3 soldiers held now. ISRAEL will not agree to this
5) UN peace keepers to be installed along the borders .
6) Arab refugees who were evicted from their homes by Israel in 1948 shall be compensated and allowed to return to Palestine ISRAEL will not agree to this
7) The Jewish holly areas in Jerausalem shall be under Israel control while the Christean and Moslem ones shall be under Palestine control. ISRAEL will not agree to this
8) USA is to guarantee the excecution of this plan within a short period sy 6 months. US will agree but backtrack on this
9) The Group of G8 provide enough funds to build the state of Palestine to secure jobs for its youth and allow them a decent life
10) Second Stage: Joint large scale economic projects Then real arab corruption can come into play.

1) there is a legal question about most of the land you mention. Some of it was a legal "no man's land" so Israel has a legal right to it.
2) Interesting
3) good luck. This would also include PFLP, Fatah, al Aksa Martyrs brigade.
40 Many of the 10000 prisoners are murderers.
5) waste of time. The un helps the terrorists attack israel now.
6) As long as the arabs compensate the Jews who were evicted from Arab nations in 1948.
7) interesting, but unworkable. The moslem "holy" places are built on top of the Jewish places, and the wakf has been destroying all evidence of Jewish history.
8) not workable
9) Try getting the G8 to pump in more money? all their economic assistance to date has been stolen by the Hamas and Fatah leadership. Education is much more essential, so that they will be able to break the cycle of hate.
10) Joint projects with whom?

This sort of plan is exactly what is needed and has been proposed several time before.. BUT Israel will never agree because of the investments which are tied up in the west bank settlements and the new dividing wall which is currently under construction. .. also at the moment Israel steals a huge amount of water from the Jordan river, which runs through the west bank.. if they where to agree to give up the west bank it would leave Israel seriously short of fresh water.
Israel will only ever do anything under force of arms..
They are by far the best equipped army in the whole of the middle east! until someone stronger comes along or a crackpot lunatic uses a dirty bomb or some sort of biological weapon against Israel then the whole area is just one big mess and will stay that way!!.

This started out well. I agree with the first 6 provisions. I think you'll have trouble dividing up the Holy sites. Wouldn't it be more practical to have them under an inter-denominational independent control? How would you get the nation of Israel to agree to give up control of those? Next, 6 months is probably realistically too short. How could USA guarantee execution of the plan?
I would also add a provision which forces the US and other countries to make all foreign aid and trade in the whole Middle East region dependent on keeping the peace.

That suggestion ignores history.
Israel has repeatedly given up land and part of those agreements was the dismantling of these "armed resistance" (AKA terrorist) organizations. What have they gotten in return? Their civilian population has been Attacked over and over. And the enemy has had time to receive more and deadlier munitions from Iran and Syria.
It is naive in the extreme to think that they will be satisfied with anything but the complete eradication of Israel.
You cannot negotiate with terrorists you have no choice but to defeat them.

Some good points. It seems from certain answers that many people don't want peace.
Israel seems to have a 'death wish', and they are surely going to get it, with what they are doing at the moment.

it won't in any respect quit whether the arabs did do away with Israel and the Jews. those human beings hate one yet another plenty that even a small distinction of their non secular attitude will cause them to kill one yet another. Iran isn't in basic terms a raffle to Israel, yet to the comprehensive middle East that they want to regulate and finally the comprehensive international.

Fat chance. Remember the part where the Islamics want to wipe Israel of the map? Kill all the Jews and infidels? Unless you are a Muslim, that means you too.

I think it was written by someone ignorant of history.
We've already tried "Land for Peace" - are you enjoying all that peace over there in the Middle East now?
You are obviously another Islamic propaganda whore ...
