I think there is in the comic called 'BC', but I can't remember the name of it :(
Edited to add: A quick Wikipedia search leads me to Xavier's Greenbul, Xinjiang Ground Jay, Xantus's Murrelet, amd Xantus's Hummingbird... and also to the genuses Xanthocephalus, Xenoperdix, Xenus, Xema, Xiphirhynchus, Xenicus, Xanthomyza, and Xanthotis.

No, there arent even any scientific bird names that begin with X. But Xenops is a genus, there are the Plain, Streaked, Slender Billed, and Rufous tailed Xenops, but it doesn't start with X. Thats like saying Blue Jay starts with J.

Hardly anything begins with X, unless there is a Xylophone bird hopping about the scene.
