Akasha, of course, the embodiment of beauty, sexy, and evil. It was so well portrayed in the movie "Queen of the Damned" by the late singer/actress Aaliyah.
In Wicca, her name is defined as, "it is the unifying energy inherent in every living creature on the planet, and in all four elements (earth, air, water, and fire) in nature." This is a fine example of the allure of a female vampire. And, as a woman myself (who loves vampires), I can identify more with a female vampire.
Dracula's story has been told for about a century now, and though still very stimulating, he's a bit overdone and not as exciting to me.

From the books, i'd say Akasha, because she is strong and powerful (if a little bit misguided), although her theories about men where quite amusing. But if you look at the way Akasha was portrayed in the film Queen of the Damned and the way Dracula is often played i would say i prefere Dracula, because he is played as very mysterious and brooding, a complex character.

This is truly a difficult one. I'll have to choose Akasha simply because she's more pleasing than the real Dracula.

Akasha would eat Dracula for breakfast. She just seemed to be the more arrogant and self serving of the two.

Akasha, The queen always comes first and I would be honored to follow her blood line plus I've read both and she's by far the better woman, and she's a woman!

Akasha because I like her name better. Also, Dracula is way overdone.

Count Vlad Tepis (Dracula) was a historical figure, so I like him better as the Vampire.
