india and pakistan both became indipandent states together but after that india moved on to become a much stronger country and is considred as next super power whereas pakistan is far behind india. what is the reason for that?
and will pakistan ever become as strong as india or china?

How can you even the two countrys!! I don't know where Indians have gotten this inferiority complex to compare itslef with Pakistan. Dude, you should compare yourself to CHINA. India and China both have 1 billion popluation and that makes them equal in terms of comparison.
India has 7 times more people than Pakistan and 3 times bigger in terms of land-area. Even if Pakistan is 1/3 or 1/7 behind in any area compared to India, it means its still doing well.
So then dont u think India and its people should produce enough to have 7 times the GPD, Exports & Income that of Pakistan!! Perhaps you guys should compare yourself to China and see how far ahead they are, with the same amount of people and area.

who told you that Pakistan and India are independent.? The only difference today is that we are governed by BROWN goras instead of WHITE british. Further, there is no truth in India advancement or Pakistan advancement. There is a huge amount of poverty in both countries and probably you are watching too much TV instead of living amongst masses of Pakistan and India. Otherwise you would not have such erronous presumptions. Let us not decieve ourselves that we are independent in India or Pakistan. We are as chained slaves as we were 60 years ago under British rule. So, come out of dreams and start living in reality and free us all from these chains.

Its not going to happen. Look at the map of Pakistan, Basically all of northern part of it is useless. There are no industries, the population is draining out through Afghanistan and Iran to Turkey and Europe. Their govt. is not even strong. Clash between Shies and Sunnies happens everyday. No doubt that there are modern educated population but how about the majority of the people who go to mosque to study religion rather then to the school to study math and science.
Its just not going to happen. If they want to first they will have to get rid of all radical Muslims from Pakistan.

This is just dream that india is next super power. It is possible only in their movies, where they show surroundings of some other country pretending to be India. Look at the poverty there, people don't have even a piece of bread to eat,millions of people born on foot paths and die on foot paths, where to give a baby girls birth is a worst sin for women. At the time of unfair separation, all developed areas were included in current India and only backword and underdeveloped areas were given to Pakistan. Then india being as a worst neighbour, fought 3 wars with pakistan. Even today listen to their media, they are in pakistan fobia, every time they are speaking non-sence. In games where india stands? pakistan is a self made country, having high per capita income then India and necluear power. In sports, pakistan always defeated India. Yes China is next super power. You can see the differences between these 2 countries. So never call India a super power.

oh please, not the age-old Pakistan vs India question, who cares? But ok if you insist, Pakistan kicks a s s, Pakistan kicks some serious *** :) - and Pakistan is ahead of india in many ways as it does not have to deal with the phenomenally large poverty stricken population - Pakistan is behind through years of corrupt, selfish leaders, only half a century of history as an independent country and years of opression from India - And Pakistan will most certainly become as strong as or stronger than India, but its ability to compete with a super power like china which is fervently working to grow industry wise and military wise is debateable.
