Usually, you will need to visit your own country consulate, or consular general first to obtain a letter declaring that you are not in a state of marriage with anyone, then you can go to register for marriage in the registrar office of that host country. After which, you can take the marriage certificate to the consular-general and have them validate your marriage, which will be as good as you also getting married in your own country. Or you could register again in your consular-general (which sometime will be a section in you embassy).

Depends what country you are in, what country that person is in, and what country you want to get married in. Also where do you want to live after you are married.

You did not give anywhere near enough info to answer this.

I think they vary from country to country. It's a very tough thing to do, to get immigration status. Depending on the country, there are long waiting lists. You can wait up to even a year to be processed, and even then be turned down.

Im from the UK and got married in Las Vegas, we didnt even have to register it when we got back as the records are automatically shared. I expect it varies greatly depending on where you are from and where you want to be married.

Every country is different, contact your local embassy and speak to them. As in some countries you may marry but its not legal in your own.
