I remember it! We read the book in school and then watched the film. It was so funny! Tim Curry is a Legend! I cant help feeling that Harry Potter is a slight rip off of the worst witch (I think Miss Hardbroom and Prof Snape are made for each other!).

It's gotten so I'll watch anything Tim Curry is in! And yes, this was a pretty cool movie! The series I saw on HBO wasn't all that good but not bad - just not as good as the movie!

I LOVED that movie. I wouldn't mind seeing it again. I loved Tim Curry in it. He was great, could have used a little more Tim IMHO (huge crush on him as a kid). I remember the TV series too, it really wasn't that bad as TV shows go.
