Right click the drive u want to format and select format. Or open Command Prompt and write "format c:", change c with the drive u want to format. Best way is to download Partition Magic 8.0

You may use like Partition Magic 7 to format your hard drive, though you should not format your current boot drive...

2 way you have:

1: goto my computer -> right click on the drive -> format

2: goto start -> run -> type "cmd" without quotes and press enter.

is black command promt type "format /switch"

eg: format c: /q

/q = quick format
/s = format and copy system files
/u = if you use this swith cannot unformat this drive make removes all table on disk
/c = check mark on all bad sectors

for any other switch just type format /?
