Yes, if you are very fit.
Athletes have a very low pulse rate.
60-80 is only an average guide-line, we are all different.
Mine has always been below what's considered the norm, and I am no athlete, but I'm still very much here and healthy.
Hope this sets your mind at rest a bit, but won't do any harm to ask a professional, just to be sure.

Pulse Rate
The pulse rate of children is faster that older people which is often slower than that of the average healthy adult. Pulse rates between 50 and 85 per minute are considered within normal limits. The normal rate for an average man is about 72, while women’s is 76-80. The pulse rate of a newborn child can be as high as 140 per minute. The normal rate for a seven- year- old is about 90. A slower pulse rate of 50 to 65 is not unusual in elderly people. Regardless of a person's age the pulse and heart rhythm should be regular.

I'm not a doctor but based on personal experience, it's probably even better than that. As a result of stress, I recently had some acid reflux symptoms which were mimicking heart problems, so I underwent a full cardiac workup including stress tests with ultrasound imaging, ECG, etc. which all showed my heart to be normal and strong. My normal pulse rate is in the upper 50s to low 60s when I'm "out of shape". When I run regularly, it drops into the 40s fairly quickly, it has been measured as low as 43 on several occasions recently. So, your pulse may naturally be a bit on the low side and if you're in good shape it will drop even lower.
If that description doesn't really seem to fit you then it might be worth double-checking with your doctor.

Without additional information, I can't tell you the correct answer for you.
Normally, an answer is 70-80 bpm is considered the ranged you want to be in.
Athletes generally have lower heart rates and are healthy with a heart rate of 45-50.
People who are sedentary and have that heart rate are classed as having bradycardia. If the person has low blood pressure with this rate, this is a problem.

That is low for an average person according to statistics. I think the average for men is about 70 and for women it's about 80.
However..
If you follow any athletic pursuits regularly, like running. Then 50 is good.
Remember. A faster resting heart rate is less healthy. A lower resting heart rate is more healthy.

Yes it's fine. When you exercise your muscles build and get stronger, this is even greater when you lift as you convert muscle to fat more so than just doing cardio which does help you burn fat but mostly improves your cardiovascular system. The heart is involved here as it is a muscle and becomes stronger with regular exercise.
With bradycardia there are other symptoms involved not just a low resting heart rate(extreme fatigue, dizziness etc.) I attend the gym 3-4 times a week and mine does be 45 - 50bpm because my heart is strong and works more efficiently. There are other factors involved with a low heart rate - medications, age, genetics and again exercise.
Honestly i wouldn't worry about it too much but consult your doctor if it really bothers you just to be put at ease.
