I need help bad...computer problem?

Each time we log OFF the internet, a "send error report" pops up stating that "internet explorer encountered a problem..." We ran all kinds of scans, one scan found 7, we cleared those up, but this box still appears each time. Any ideas? Thanks.

How old is your pc and when did it start doing this. You can go to your start then Accessories then System Tools then System Restore. Set a date before you remember this happening
