To the above answer with the comment about the "gay thing" the question posed may have been from a male person but he was asking a question about looks. You presume he means "gay" but he may just be asking to improve himself and is searching for female responses. Women regularly ask each other as well as men this same question, it isn't about gay or straight. Why show your own petty views when it isn't called for or appropriate.

Personality! A good personality is most important. A man, with a "look at me" attitude will absolutely ruin any good looks he may or may not have.
Compassion, sincerity, affectionate and a good sense of humor is what makes a real MAN. Good looks and/or a good body is temporary. Your looks won't stay that way forever. But, what is inside you, can always stay the same. :)

Well, above all the face... if it is attractive with a good smile...nothing like it.....Then....the shoulders, arms, chest..thighs...even if he is trim...a little fat and fleshy thighs are a real turn on... ofcourse the above all is to get attracted to him...the real thing inside....no one can say anything about it.
