Is Telstra the most arrogant and frustrating company in Australia?

It took me 2 weeks and 3 visits by them to my home to re-connect a phone and I was told 2 weeks ago that broadband-adsl was activated.Istill have no adsl signal!!

oh god no - they are nowhere near as bad as optus
